Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery. You must notify us by email at info@lumovia.de and let us know the reason for the return. Please also provide us with the return tracking link so that we can process your refund. Once we have received your return and the return tracking link, we will refund the purchase price to your account within 7 days.

1. Register your return
To register your return, simply contact info@lumovia.de. Our customer service team will provide you with details of the returns process within 24 hours of your request.

2. Prepare your product
Pack the product you wish to return properly and securely, ideally in the original packaging.

Important: To process your refund, you must provide us with the return tracking link. We cannot process refunds without the tracking link.

3. Send us your parcel
Send us the package to the following address:

Please note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Receive a refund to your account
A full refund will be made via the original payment method after we have received and verified your return and the return tracking link. Where possible, items should be returned in their original condition and as undamaged as possible.

Hygiene articles
A list of hygiene items that cannot be returned and cannot be refunded (the list is not exhaustive): Underwear, bikinis, make-up, hair styling products, beauty products, etc. We take hygiene and public safety seriously and refuse the return of beauty and health products to protect our customers.

Cancellation of orders
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact info@lumovia.de within this time frame.

Please note: If the package is not accepted or not picked up, it will automatically be returned to the supplier and we are entitled to deduct 15 euros from the amount you receive in return.
